The global chemical company had limited IT support without the enterprise upgrade experience to standardize and drive system-wide changes worldwide. After determining that an Active Directory upgrade, Windows 7 upgrade and new encryption process were necessary to launch the client’s standardized, one IT powerhouse, Sparkhound consultants:  Designed and implemented ITIL technology best practices that could be utilized globally  Managed the global Windows 7 upgrade deployment, Active Directory upgrade and encryption process with the client’s corporate IT division  Provided project management and coordination of enterprise upgrade logistics
