Service Plans

Our goal at Sparkhound is to maximize the value of your IT systems by increasing reliability while lowering the overall cost of support.  To do this, we have established two effective service plans meet this objective:

Flexible Service plan

Designed to lower the monthly cost of routine support, Sparkhound’s Flexible Service plan is a block of service hours purchased each month at a reduced hourly rate.  This plan is especially useful where the client uses approximately the same number of service hours each month or in the situation that one person is overseeing the IT support services while another person retains budgetary authority.

 Here are the features of the Flexible Service plan:

Clients who have signed up for the Flexible Service plan have experienced reduced downtime, more consistent support, and lower IT service expense. 


Proactive Maintenance Plan

With a focus on increasing the reliability of your IT systems, Sparkhound has developed comprehensive monthly maintenance checklists for common platforms that should be performed on network systems.  A surprisingly low fixed monthly fee is charged for performing these maintenance tasks and our clients utilizing the Proactive Maintenance plans have experienced a significantly higher level of performance, security, and overall satisfaction with their systems.
