Cloud Infrastructure Partner of the Year for the South Central District Awarded to Sparkhound
IRVING, Texas – September 27, 2016 – Sparkhound, a Microsoft Gold Partner specializing in consulting and technology solutions, today announced it has been awarded “Cloud Infrastructure Partner of the Year” by Microsoft for the South Central District which includes Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. The award further acknowledges Sparkhound’s commitment to implementing and supporting innovative cloud strategies built on Microsoft’s robust cloud infrastructure ecosystem.
The award comes as a result of Sparkhound’s work with several key Fortune 500 and 1000 clients: an international oil and gas exploration company, a global retailer, and industrial supply firm. In each of these cases, Sparkhound led the planning phase and executed the large scale business workload migrations to the cloud for thousands of users. Specific technologies deployed and integrated were Office 365, OneDrive for Business, Azure AD Connect, Azure Site Recovery and Backup, and SharePoint in Azure.
“Microsoft has recognized the innovation and meaningful impact that our solutions provide to clients. Congratulations to our team of talented consulting and technology professionals for earning this award. Their dedication to creating value manifests itself in every client solution and I am quite proud of what we can accomplish together,” stated Shawn Usher, CEO of Sparkhound LLC.
