Baton Rouge, La. – Sparkhound Inc. recently appointed Patrick Thompson as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Noah Boudreaux as its Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to further strengthen its executive management team and accelerate its rapid growth across its Louisiana, Houston and Dallas markets.
In Patrick's new role, he will oversee Sparkhound's operations and focus on growing the company's Business Consulting Services arm. In addition, he will be in charge of expanding Sparkhound's operational footprint in existing and future U.S-based markets.
In the new CAO position, Noah will implement Sparkhound's "HR Business Partner" model that is positioned to increase the company's focus on leadership development, employee engagement and talent acquisition. In addition, Noah will lead Sparkhound's national support services division which provides IT support for customers' infrastructure and applications.

The executive management team expansion is part of Sparkhound's "Build for Scale" vision, which is focused on accelerating the company's industry footprint and long-term growth. In late 2013, Shawn promoted several Sparkhound employees into other corporate and field executive management positions to achieve the aggressive 10-year vision. In addition, the company expanded its Baton Rouge presence this past spring, opening a second office located on Westfork Drive, to accommodate its Support Services and corporate growth needs.

With more than 27 years of experience, Patrick started his career at the world's largest business professional consulting firm, Accenture (formerly known as Andersen Business Consulting). Since then, he has served in key management positions as a Chief Information Officer (CIO), Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) where he helped build three fortune companies: Shaw Group, Amedisys and Turner Industries.
Before joining Sparkhound, Noah worked at Appro Systems as a Systems Engineer, Data Center Team Lead, and eventually Delivery Manager for Equifax, working with some of the largest financial firms in the country, including BMW Financial, Regions Bank, Bank of America and Capital One. In 2005, he joined Sparkhound as a Business Consultant; then became Vice President of Operations (Louisiana) in 2008.
