Sparkhound Announces New General Manager For Houston Office

Baton Rouge, La.  – Sparkhound Inc. has recently hired Tommy Mann as its new General Manager, Houston, to accelerate its rapid growth in the Houston market and further strengthen its executive management team companywide. In addition to a seat on Sparkhound's Board of Directors, Tommy will lead Sparkhound's sales and operations team in the Houston market, help create quality customer experiences, and increase brand awareness in the IT and business communities.

Before joining Sparkhound, Tommy was providing small business strategy consulting and creating new businesses as Founder of Z|SPORTS and Z|APPAREL. Prior to this, Tommy spent 27 years with Accenture holding various, global client-facing roles with companies such as ExxonMobil, ConocoPhillips, Huntsman Chemical, LyondellBasell; as well as, leadership roles including Global Chemicals Managing Director, Qatar Managing Director and Global Gas lead.

"I had not intended on re-entering the consulting world and was happy in semi-retirement; however, after meeting Shawn and seeing the passion and vibrancy of the Sparkhound culture, I just knew I wanted to be a part of growing the Sparkhound brand and expanding its Business Consulting model," said Tommy.

The hiring of Tommy is part of Sparkhound's "Build for Scale" vision, which is focused on accelerating the company's expansion through hiring high-quality and experienced leadership. In October, Sparkhound announced the appointment of its new Chief Operating Officer,Patrick Thompson, and Chief Administrative Officer,Noah Boudreaux.
