Effective September 1, 2018, the following personnel changes have taken effect:
Chris Kimmel, based in Baton Rouge, has been promoted to Managing Director of Managed Services. In his new role, Mr. Kimmel will leverage his 11 years with Sparkhound to develop impactful support strategies that improve client experience and provide long-term client value. Mr. Kimmel’s advanced analytics expertise and relentless focus on quality assurance bolster the managed services team’s ability to meet client needs. Prior to joining Sparkhound, Mr. Kimmel held senior leadership positions at AppOne, Inc., and Equifax.
Craig Hays, based in Dallas, joins Sparkhound as Managing Director of Infrastructure, where he has company-wide responsibility for driving cloud enablement solutions, engagements, and alliances. Mr. Hays brings over 20 years of global consulting and technology enablement experience across multiple digital domains. A native of Dallas and a regarded professional in the community, Mr. Hays brings deep relationships as well as local and national reach, to his new role at Sparkhound. Prior to joining Sparkhound, Mr. Hays worked as a Client Executive for Avanade where he served as the firm's lead executive to several Fortune 500 clients. Before Avanade, Mr. Hayes held leadership roles at Insight and Accenture.
Richard Salinas, based in Houston, has been promoted to Managing Director of Business Automation. In his new role, Mr. Salinas has company-wide responsibility for leading business process automation, content management, customer experience, collaboration, and service management solution functions. His innate understanding of business problems and the systems that underlay them, integrated with his fresh perspective on technology’s business role, adds a high level of client value. Prior to joining Sparkhound, Mr. Salinas held several leadership positions at URS Corporation.
Sean Kenney, based in Houston, joins Sparkhound as Managing Director of Application Services. In his new role, Mr. Kenney leads the organization’s custom software engineering, quality assurance, and enterprise data management functions. He brings 20 years of experience leading global teams through large enterprise software development and digital transformation projects, ensuring success with his strong focus on user experience. Before joining Sparkhound, Mr. Kenney was the Practice Leader for Experience Design, Web Content Management, and Portals & Collaboration at Slalom Consulting. Prior to Slalom Consulting, Mr. Kenney held leadership roles at Credera, Wipro Technologies, and Avanade.
