Large Metro County with 1m+ Residents Sparkhound assisted this county in redeveloping their business tax collection system using Power Platform. The work included providing architectural guidance, system design review, development oversight, and assistance with Microsoft Azure architecture and design. Claims Processing and Benefits Provider Sparkhound partnered with a Benefits Administration firm to automate their claims processing activity using Power Automate Desktop. The project aimed to reduce operational costs and eliminate contractor reliance during peak seasons. Sparkhound developed an unattended bot with intricate business logic and conditional workflows, leveraging Power Platform capabilities to enhance efficiency and precision in claims adjudication. The automation resulted in significant operational savings, with 98% of claims now processed by the bot, freeing up human resources for more complex tasks.
Freeing up Time from Manual Order Entry
National Alcohol Distributor By incorporating Process Mining and Task Mining, Sparkhound was able to streamline the sales order entry process for a large alcohol distributor. The project involved mapping and analyzing the existing Standard Operating Procedures and incorporating data from J.D. Edwards. The POC demonstrated the value of suggested automation, which was then implemented within a production instance and reduced manual order entry time by 97%.
