Proposal/RFP Response Generator
Created a product that answers RFP questions and adds tremendous efficiency in the proposal development process. In short, when a user creates a new Proposal record and uploads a RFP or compliance questionnaire in a variety of document forms: PDF, xlsx, docx, etc. This is sent over to Azure Document Intelligence where the questions are extracted and then fed over to a dataverse database and linked in with the parent record. Each question is then submitted to an Azure OpenAI deployment of Chat GPT 4o, that is grounded to an Azure AI Search index that contains a corpus of data from past RFPs and compliance questionnaires, along with marketing documents, presentations, etc. Each document is tagged with a piece of metadata during ingestion that allows it to be filtered for the RFP or compliance questionnaire, so that only RFPs are queried for RFPs and only compliance questionnaires are queried for compliance. Chat GPT-4o then returns the a response and that is written back in to the question record in dataverse. The end user can then review the answers from the Power App. They can also adjust the answer manually or submit refinement requests back to the AI Model. Once they are done or they can export the report in a formatted document, or copy/paste answers back into the original RFP or questionnaire document. This finalized document is then added to the data corpus and future proposals and/or compliance questionnaires will consider these in response development. This way, the generative model always has the most recent information to pull from.
